File Download Error Resolution Measures
Overview
This is an administrator guide for errors that may occur when downloading files from SHIELDGate.
When a user reports a download failure, we assist in analyzing the error and taking appropriate action.
File Download Error Types and Action Methods

- When a storage-related error occurs
- After checking the storage settings and permissions on the admin page, take action.
- When a network and integration error occurs
- Check for internal network issues and contact the SOFTCAMP technical support team if necessary.
- When a policy-related error occurs
- Check the file policy settings and adjust the policy if necessary to resolve the issue.
